Mario Gardini - Chairman and Managing Director
Graduated from the University of Bologna in 1991, after 5 years as an auditor and then consultant at Arthur Andersen,  Mario Gardini  joined the Finduck Group in 1996 as Financial Controller, working in the leather goods and clothing sector with brands such as Mandarina Duck and Lamarthe. In 2000, he was appointed Managing Director of Lamarthe, and then Chairman and Managing Director in 2001.

Myriam Lambert - Administrative and Finance Director
Myriam Lambert began her career in 1975 as an accounting assistant and then accountant in the pharmaceutical group Delalande.  She was appointed Accounts Manager of three of the group's companies, the largest being Laboratoires Delalande in 1990.  In December 1992, Myriam Lambert joined Lamarthe Accounting Services Manager.  She was appointed Administrative and Finance Director in April 2001.

Stefano Carmelini - Operations Director
After more than thirteen years experience as Raw Materials Purchasing Manager and Industrial Process Manager with manufacturers of fashion accessories (handbags, belts, jewellery), Stefano Carmelini joined the Mandarina Duck Group. He worked in the Plastimoda subsidiary as Raw Materials Purchasing Manager and Production Co-ordination Manager for more than five years.  He joined the Lamarthe Group in January 1999 as Operations Director in charge of raw materials sourcing and production. Stefano Carmelini is based in Bologna in Ossygeno, Lamarthe's Italian subsidiary.

Bertrand Gignoux - Sales Director
A graduate of the Lyon Business School, Bertrand Gignoux began his career in 1990 with Louis Vuitton where he successively held the positions of European Department Project Leader and Sales and Marketing Assistant to the General Manager of Louis Vuitton Italy. He joined the company Maxi-Livres in 1994 as Regional Network Manager and then in 1995 became the Group's Product Marketing Manager. He joined Lamarthe in 1997 as Sales Manager (large stores and the Didier Lamarthe shop). He was appointed  Lamarthe's French and Export Sales Director in January 2003.

Diane Lepel Cointet - Marketing & Advertising Director
A graduate of the Arts and Communication Business School backed up by marketing training with the ESCP-EAP, Diane Lepel Cointet began her career in 1997 in the sales department of Harwanne Mineral Italia. She joined the Finduck Group in 1998 where she held the post of Mandarina Duck France Trade Marketing Manager for a year. Diane Lepel Cointet joined Lamarthe (then still within the Finduck Group) in 1999 in a marketing support role.  She was appointed Marketing Director in January 2002, a post she still currently occupies.

Donatella Manbriani - Development Product Director
After initial experience in the production and marketing of leather accessories, Donatella Manbriani opened her own leather goods design studio in 1986 (primarily shoes) and worked in conjunction with brand names such as Speedo, Zippo, Diadora, Nordica and even Baldinini.  In 1995, she joined the company Sosir (Trussardi brand) to co-ordinate leather goods lines (handbags, shoes, small leather goods). Donatella Manbriani joined Plastimoda (Finduck Group) in 1998, holding the position of Skin Products Production Manager with particular responsibility for Mandarina Duck product lines.  In 2002, she joined Coccinelle Leather Goods Design Office Manager.  She joined Lamarthe in 2004 as Product Manager and Designer and Sample Maker Team Manager.
